H2m Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage

By accessing the h2m website, registering an account, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the h2m platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and h2m as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The h2m platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who reside in jurisdictions where online betting activity is permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with applicable local laws.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the h2m platform. Registering more than one account is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. h2m will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's functions
  • Not sharing your account with any third party
  • Complying with all applicable rules and laws in Malaysia

Payment, Transaction and Currency Information

All transactions on the h2m platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). h2m supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other approved methods from time to time.

Deposit

Deposits are final once confirmed by the payment system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are correct before confirming a transaction. h2m is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name. h2m reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.

Fraud and Unauthorised Transactions

H2m reserves the right to block, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. In such cases, h2m may withhold funds pending the completion of an investigation and report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy

H2m Limitation of Liability

The h2m platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. h2m makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times. To the extent permitted by law, h2m shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

H2m reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any term set out in this document
  • Fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the system
  • Use of multiple accounts or false identities
  • Instructions from the relevant authorities

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds in the account may not be refunded, subject to the circumstances and the outcome of h2m's internal investigation.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the h2m platform — including logos, text, designs, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of h2m or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from h2m.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The h2m platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. h2m is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

H2m reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the h2m platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
